We ship packages within 3 business days of receiving your order. All pots are shipped FedEx ground, but please feel free to contact us if you prefer a different carrier or speed. We package our pots very carefully to ensure safety during shipping. Orders of multiple pots are shipped in one shipment, but can ship individually if requested.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will replace or refund any piece that may be broken during the shipping process. In the case you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us and we will cancel the order, or issue a refund once the pot has been safely shipped back to us.
